Thank you for booking a session with MB Veterinary Physiotherapy. Please see below the payment terms, price list and cancellation policy for MB Veterinary Physiotherapy.
Payment terms
Session payment is to be paid in full in cash during the treatment session, via BACs within 48 hours of the session or upon booking the session. Bundles set up over a 12 month period are to be paid as agreed over the course of the 12 month period.
Pricing
Prices can vary depending on the session booked. Please see price list for more information.
Cancellation policy
If a session is cancelled 48 hours before the session is due to occur, 50% of the session charge will incur.
If a session is cancelled 24 hours before the session is due to occur or a client does not show up for a session, 100% of the session charge will incur.
